About
The primary objective of A P J Abdul Kalam Technological University is to improve the quality of its engineering students. The KTU coordinator and the department coordinators oversee and manage every activity of the cell inside the college. Teaching and evaluation are the two sides of a coin. Examination cell plays a key role in evaluation part. The Examination cell of M-DIT is also a part of KTU Cell. It was headed by the Chief Superintendent of Examinations (Principal) with supporting staff. The Prime responsibility of Examination Cell is conducting of all examinations (Both Internal and External Exams) in fair and systematic manner under the directions of the Chief Superintendent of Examinations.
Objectives
The objectives of KTU Cell are
- Act as a link between the university and College
- To communicate the university notifications to students and college
- To complete various academic activities in the KTU portal of college.
- To evaluate the students performance by the conduction of examinations.
- Bringing more transparency in the examination and evaluation system.
- To bring eminent personalities to the college for evaluating the knowledge of the students.
Activities
- Complete student enrollment, course selection, course mapping and Exam registration submission of students.
- Conduction of meeting with committee members.
- Conduction of internal, external theory examinations and practical examinations.
- Conduction of spot valuation work.
- Distribution of marks memos.
- Maintaining the stock required for the conduction of examinations.
- Preparing the remuneration bills to distribute the honorarium to the duty staff.
- Collecting the feedback from the stake holders.
- Developing the Result Analysis reports for analyzing performance of students.
- Collecting the fees related to the examinations.
