Electrical and Electronics Engineering

The department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering is one of the core departments of M DASAN Institute of Technology (MDIT) right from its inception in  2012. The department offers the four year undergraduate programme leading to Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in

  • Electrical and Electronics Engineering
  • Electrical and computer Engineering

abiding to rules and regulations of AICTE . The annual sanctioned intake to the undergraduate programme is 60.

    In addition to these regular programmes, the department is also actively involved in job oriented short term training programmes, continuing education programmes for th students in the areas of SCADA, PLC programming, Solar design & installation, Electrical Vehicle Technology etc .The students  are encouraged to take part in professional activities arranged through student chapters of IEEE, ISTE and ISEE to enhance their professional and creative skills.

The department has a dynamic group of faculties and staff with profound experience in academics, research and industry dedicated in teaching learning process. The programme prepare students for prospective careers in Power Generation, Transmission and Distribuition and in industries requiring powered machinary, power electronics , CNC control , automated instrumentation control etc.
