Dr. Maheesan P.M. is a seasoned professional in the field of Civil and Environmental Engineering, bringing over three decades of experience to the realm of academia and consulting. He earned his Bachelor's degree from NIT Calicut (formerly REC) in Civil Engineering, followed by a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Government Engineering College, Thrissur. Dr. Maheesan furthered his expertise with a Ph.D. from NITK Surathkal, specializing in wastewater management.
With a passion for teaching and research, Dr. Maheesan has been actively engaged in engineering education since 1985, contributing significantly to the academic landscape. His journey in academia has seen him assume the role of Principal since 2003, guiding and inspiring countless students towards excellence.
As a distinguished consultant in wastewater management, Dr. Maheesan has spearheaded numerous projects, boasting a portfolio of over 100 successfully designed Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs). His profound understanding of environmental engineering principles coupled with practical experience makes him a sought-after expert in the industry.
